The opportunity to join Kappa Sigma is one of the most amazing times of your life. Kappa Sigma has so much to offer in terms of leadership, scholarship, fellowship, and service. Here is a little outline of what Kappa Sigma at Thiel College can offer you:

 

SCHOLARSHIP

Ø      The Kappa Sigma Fraternity has had a G.P.A. above the all-men’s average at Thiel College since its founding in 1995.

Ø      The Kappa Sigma Fraternity is about to have four straight years with a Brother graduating in the top five of his class.

Ø      The Kappa Sigma Fraternity currently has four 4.0 students.

 

LEADERSHIP

Ø      Almost all of our Brothers are involved with extra-curricular activities.

Ø      We have members that are Presidents and officers of Honor Societies and service groups.

Ø      We have members that participate in track and field, cross country, cheerleading, baseball, and football.

 

FELLOWSHIP

Ø      We currently have the largest chapter of Brothers on campus.

Ø      We have the largest house on campus.

 

SERVICE

Ø      We raise over $5000 each year via our See-saw-a-thon for St. Jude’s Children’s     Hospital.

Ø      We have adopted a highway and perform clean-ups twice a year.

Ø      We sponsored a “Use your voice” program to get more students to vote.

Ø      We build bridges in the local park to help the local community.

Ø      Many smaller and spontaneous projects.

 

Kappa Sigma is not just dominant at Thiel, but around the Nation. We are the best nationally ranked fraternity in the world. Not only is our recruitment far above any other, but based on a Fraternal Executive Association survey, Kappa Sigma is preferred by college students over any other Fraternity in the world. Your son is about to join the ranks of Bob Dole, William Hewlitt, Jerry Jones, Ted Turner, Robert Redford, and Jimmy Buffett just to name a few.
